Call for apprentices: tuition-free welding and metal fabrication training at Epe Welding Institute
Epe Welding Institute Concepts is inviting passionate and dedicated individuals to enrol in our apprenticeship programme.
Welding is foundational for building and sustaining the infrastructure a country needs. No nation advances without a solid platform of welding in one form or another. This programme is about handing that skill to people who want to build a career with it.
What you get:
- Hands-on training. Practical sessions led by experienced welding professionals, not theory alone.
- Tuition-free. All training programmes are fully sponsored through our scholarship scheme, covering all tuition and training fees.
- Real-world experience. You take part in actual welding projects delivered by the Institute.
- Global standards. Training is aligned with international industry standards and best practices.
One thing to be clear about: the scholarship does not cover accommodation or general living expenses. Participants are responsible for those. We encourage applicants to apply for a government programme to cover them, and there is a route to apply through FME TVET (government-sponsored training).
The Institute was founded by Professor Adedeji B. Badiru, Dean Emeritus at the USA Air Force Institute of Technology and a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering.
